Evan made the experience a pleasant one. I told him what I was looking for. He didn't have it on the lot at the time. He called me a few weeks later to let me know the car I was looking for was now on the lot. He let me know within an hour of the car hitting the lot. Sent me pictures and worked with his manager to hold the car for me until I could go to the dealership and test drive it. The car is amazing. Everything I wanted and more. Evan was great to deal with and I got a car I love!

I have done business with Central Maine Motord in the past and have always had a pleasant experience. I wanted to trade my Camry for a used SUV. Bruce Tetrealt was our salesperson. He listened well to our wants and needs and suggested to go on line and pick out vehicles we would like to try out. We did just that. But, a vehicle not on our list caught my eye. We test drove it and the rest is History!! Bruce made it happen for us. A real nice person....we were very comfortable with him. Also, got a good extended warranty since we bought preowned.

Am delighted with my 2018 Honda Fit, thanks to Cassie Faulker, who patiently saw me through evaluating other choices. I'd had Toyota Corollas since 1991, but the one I got in 2018 turned out to be too large and too complicated for me. She listened to my concerns and needs and together we found a car that is the perfect "Fit" for me: comfortable, smaller, easier to handle, fewer complicated dashboard choices but still excellent safety, reliability and customer reviews and ratings. She put me at ease and made navigating other make and model options a learning experience and less stressful than it might have been. I especially appreciated her honesty when a car might seem desirable but she knew it would not be a good long-term choice for a senior like me. And the day I took possession of the vehicle, she took the time to make sure that I understood how everything on the dashboard functioned which was a great relief. Today's safety features can be overwhelming to one not computer tech-savvy! She also gave me an excellent deal with regard to the trade-in of my 2018 Corolla. I have had the 2018 Honda Fit 5 days and am still finding new ways to appreciate it! I trust CMM to take good care of me, and this time was no exception.
